Get the Bubble Mountain Save Room, ascend Bubble mountain, and go pick up Speed Booster. Head to Bubble Mountain, collecting all the tiles in Pre-Cathedral and Cathedral. Most runners additionally collect Hi-Jump Missile, though it is not required to be collected.
